Outstanding products, great prices…

Have been buying everything from sinks bowls to solid wood furniture from here for over 5 years. Excellent, unique, and finely crafted products! Great source for furnishings and accessories if you don’t mind waiting for them. Will order again soon…

Pablo oak sideboard

I ordered the Pablo oak sideboard and the quality is really good. I searched lots of places for an extra large sideboard and this one is just perfect. It arrived in the timescale given and the delivery was managed really well. I would definitely order from Tikamoon again.

Satisfied customer.

Ordered 2 Teak and marble side tables. Highly delighted with them. Quality product. Delivery a little slow but was blamed on Brexit and problems at the border.

Lovely products and decent service

The delivery for our 3 pieces of furniture took about a month (I think the website quoted about 6 weeks at the time for our items) but it was worth the wait and we got regular updates re the delivery. The coffee table and side table were easy to put together and the book case was pre-assembled (though difficult with covid restrictions that the delivery people weren’t able to help take it up the stairs given how heavy it was). Delivery costs were a bit expensive, particularly given how much we paid for the items themselves and other companies we’ve used often incorporate that into their costs or make it free/ cheaper. I would suggest these should be reduced, particularly given it’s currently a “drop to door” delivery instead of actually helping bring it into the flat/ house. The furniture looks lovely though and fits in nicely in our lounge. A few mini scratches, but nothing super visible. Pretty content with our purchases overall.

Excellent buying experience, so happy with the quality

Excellent buying experience, been looking for a stylish quality item and the coffee table was just the job. Order was delivered quicker than promised and was well packaged. It looks so good in my lounge

Don't bother spending your money here…

Don't bother spending your money here thinking just because it's expensive you're going to get better service, because you're not!
Waited weeks only to have delivery not made in the final hour (literally). No customer service at the weekend, leaving you to deal with their sub-standard delivery company by yourself like some liaison.
Called up the next morning only to be treated by a really rude staff member who was extremely unhelpful and offered to hold the item indefinitely after a month wait. Just don't have the service if you don't want to help people. I don't understand why a company with such expensive furniture can't get a better and more competent delivery company and competent staff. No idea what on earth we're all paying for.
